About Chad Choat

Career

Chad Choat began his career as a high school vocational agriculture teacher in 1994. In 1995, he joined Community Home Health, a company founded by his mother in 1990, and purchased it from her in 2010. Under his leadership, the agency has achieved national recognition for quality care. He also served on the Claremore City Council from 1998 to 2003.

Early life

Chad Choat was born and attended elementary school in Elk City, Oklahoma. His family moved to Eufaula, Oklahoma in 1984, where he graduated from high school in 1990. He grew up on a wheat and cotton farm.
